Project financing scheme including planning, construction, operation and management of the new motorway connection between Caianello and Benevento, in the area of Napoli in South Italy. The project consists in the duplication of the existing connection between the A1 motorway and Benevento,to obtain a new motorway with two lanes for each direction.
